I designed a fresh and bold website for The Salvation Army Oakville Community Church. It features strong imagery from The Salvation Army Resource libraries paired with a minimal, modern style with strong, clean layouts.
The website features a hamburger menu with a subtle animation on open and close, and works the same way on mobile and desktop computers.
The resource section is based on a plugin I wrote for church websites that creates content types for podcasts, downloadable resources, password-protected member-only links, podcast feeds, and video resources.
The church is based in Ontario, Canada, and therefore is required to comply with AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act).
AODA Compliance is a legal requirement in Ontario Canada for all public and private organisations, and means your website meets the necessary web accessibility requirements for visitors with disabilities.
